About Packaging Pros

Noel N. Perez, Founder and Director of Sales of Packaging Pros first appeared on the packaging scene in 1982 as the General Manager of OAL Associates. During Noel's tenure at OAL, he designed and developed the first highly successful recirculating, adjustable shrink tunnel oven as well as the first highly regarded tunnel oven to address full body labels.

In 1987, Noel founded Phase Fire Systems Inc. It was during his time at Phase Fire that Noel developed shrink packaging test equipment for competitors, film companies and machine manufacturing companies. He also designed, developed and manufactured an innovative, remarkable sleeve labeler and continued to design, develop and manufacture new and innovative tunnel ovens to address the changing needs of the packaging industry. Noel's sleeve labeler and shrink tunnel designs put him on the map as a leading expert in shrink packaging technology. Machinery designed and manufactured by Phase Fire Systems graces the floor of such Fortune 500 companies as 3M Tape, Dial Corp., Maxwell House Coffee, Kraft General Foods, Campbells Soup and Coca Cola USA to name just a few. Noel also has considerable knowledge in the film industry and has worked extensively with end users on shrink label design to achieve maximum results.
