Automatic Spindle Torque Capper

Automatic Spindle Torque Capper (ASTC) is comprised of 4 modules: Sorting Device, Cap Chute, Cap Tightener (spindles) and Container Stabilizer Gripper Belts. The containers pass through the chute area while gripped by side belts and strips the cap out of the chute fingers. A stabilizer holds the cap in place while rubberized tightening discs (spindles) contact the cap on opposite sides and spins the cap down. Clutches allow just the right torque on the caps. The bottles do not stop during the continuous operation of tightening.
