Low-velocity/high-volume airflow technology makes Whisper Side Flow Air Conveyance for PET Containers hygienic, energy efficient, and whisper-quiet. An exclusive high-efficiency louver design directs air to the shoulder area and sides of the container, advancing containers in a nearly vertical attitude and diminishing the risk of internal contamination. Optional ContainAir™ plenum enclosures readily adapt Whisper Side Flow to aseptic environments.

A single 1HP blower in minimum intervals of 20 feet and a proprietary high-efficiency air filter design yield unmatched energy savings - up to 80% over conventional air systems. Whisper Side Flow provides high-speed transport and quick, smooth recovery from accumulation at line speeds well over 1,000 BPM. A simple, compact plenum design provides excellent layout flexibility, and an optional multiple-finish guide system readily configures Whisper Side Flow for different finish sizes. GOLDCO's TransLink Mechanical Neck Ring Transport System for PET Containers is the most direct link between two points. Integrated with Whisper Side Flow Air Conveyance, TransLink completes an unrivaled solution for empty container transport and accumulation.

Employing only two 1HP drives every 40 feet, TransLink uses as little as 20% of the energy typically required by conventional high-speed conveying systems and allows for precise control of container velocity. This imparts greater container stability and a measurable reduction in container impact forces. Product loss goes down, and productivity goes up. Like Whisper Side Flow, TransLink is especially well suited to lightweight, multilayer, and coated containers for sensitive products. In addition, TransLink is easily adapted for use in conveying PET preforms.

TransLink delivers extraordinarily smooth, neck ring-supported PET container and PET preform transport at line speeds up to 1,000 parts per minute. A remarkably compact design offers superior space utilization and layout flexibility, and an optional, tool-less neck adjustment package accommodates multiple finish sizes. Optional stainless steel top covers shield the finish area and container opening from airborne contaminants, and optional conveyor enclosures adapt TransLink to aseptic environments.
