Roll Fed Labelers
BH2600U | | BH2600UDesigned for heavy-duty, moderate-speed labeling, the BH2600U feeds containers and discharges containers on the right side of the machine via a 180° U-shaped synchronized conveyor. Operating at speeds of up to 500 cpm, the BH2600U accurately labels containers ranging from 2” to 7.5” diameter. A computerized operating system can be pre-programmed with container and label sizes. Color-coded Rapid Change Over (RCO®) change parts are standard equipment on the BH2600U, reducing changeover time and allowing changeovers to be performed by one person in about 15 to 20 minutes. A Computerized Registration System (CRS®) virtually eliminates out-of-register labels common to mechanical systems. The CRS® uses a photo-eye sensor that monitors registration marks on the film and automatically adjusts the label feed to ensure labels are correctly cut every time. Handle orientation is an optional feature on the BH2600U that allows labels to be applied to the container in relation to the handle, ensuring labeling accuracy and consistency.

BH1600 | | BH1600The BH1600 is an economical roll-fed labeler designed for packaging operations with moderate production requirements. It labels containers ranging from 240 ml to 1.5 liters volume, and 1.5" - 5" (3.8 cm- 13 cm) diameter, at speeds up to 300 cpm. Rapid Change Over (RCO®) capability allows changeovers to be performed in 15 to 20 minutes. Quick release handles, minimal change parts, and fewer required adjustments result in greater operational simplicity. Container and label sizes can be pre-programmed into the computerized operating system, allowing the operator to set the vacuum drum, cutting drum, and glue applicator system with the touch of a button. The Computerized Registration System (CRS®) automatically maintains label registration and features a programmable touch-screen control panel.

BH2600 | | BH2600The new BH2600 roll-fed labeler from B&H Labeling Systems is a compact mid-speed, high performance machine that features the latest advances in roll-fed technology. Containers from 2 to 5 inches in diameter, and with volumes from 6 oz to 3 liters are labeled at speeds up to 500 cpm. The BH2600 comes standard with a larger vacuum drum and taller Theta Cutter to accommodate longer and wider labels that meet the changing needs of the packaging industry. B&H Rapid Change Over (RCO®) capability allows one person to perform container size and label changeovers in fifteen to twenty minutes with fewer change parts and fewer adjustments. The ability to pre-program machine functions via the BH2600's industrial computer reduces the skill level required to execute changeovers and allows the labeler to operate at optimum performance. The patented Computerized Registration System (CRS®) on the BH2600 ensures that labels are cut to the correct length and in the correct location. A photo-eye sensor and label feed mechanism act together to enhance labeling quality by compensating for common problems such as variations in label lengths. The BH2600 features a user-friendly touch-screen control panel that simplifies operation and reduces training requirements. An optional feature offered with the BH2600 is a modem connection that provides remote diagnostic capability, allowing B&H to provide off-site trouble-shooting and improved customer service at a lower cost.

BH700 | | BH700The patented BH700 Endura® roll-fed shrink labeling process combines roll-fed labeling technology with a shrink system that minimizes the costs associated with labeling contour containers. The BH700 Endura® process applies shrinkable roll-fed labels to containers using a metered glue pattern, and using the container itself as a mandrel. Individually controlled heat applicators gently warm the label area as the container is being conveyed through the system. The label shrinks and perfectly embraces the contour of the package. Shrink labels applied with roll-fed technology are substantially less expensive than shrink sleeve labeling in terms of initial equipment investment, change parts, and labeling costs. Roll-fed labelers also operate at much faster line speeds than shrink sleeve labelers and increase line productivity by reducing changeover time, machine maintenance, and operator training requirements. Just-in-time decorative flexibility can also help processors differentiate their products with seasonal and promotional package decoration.

BH8000S | | BH8000SThe BH8000S features an in-line conveyor and is designed for heavy-duty, low maintenance, high-speed labeling. Incorporated into the BH8000S are many of the industry’s most recent technological advances. The BH8000S features a computerized operating system that can be pre-programmed for different con-tainer and label sizes, simplifying changeovers and eliminating possible operator errors. The operator simply pushes a button to set the vacuum drum, cutting drum, and glue application systems instead of making cumbersome, time-consuming mechanical adjustments. Optional color-coded Rapid Change Over (RCO®) change parts further reduce changeover time, and changeovers can be performed by one person in about 15 to 20 minutes. An infeed feedscrew provides excellent high-speed container control The patented Computerized Registration System (CRS®) on the BH8000S virtually eliminates out-of-register labels common to mechanical systems, and accurate label registration is maintained even at speeds over 700 containers per minute.

BH8000U | | BH8000UThe BH8000U brings the latest roll-fed labeling technology to factories where floor space requirements won't ordinarily allow an in-line labeler. The 180° U-shaped turn of the synchronized conveyor results in a 20% smaller footprint as well as 10% faster line speeds. Designed for heavy-duty, low maintenance, high-speed labeling, the BH8000U feeds containers from the right side of the machine and discharges them out the right side at operating speeds of up to 850 containers per minute, depending on container size. Container sizes ranging from 220ml to 3L can be easily accommodated on the BH8000U. The operator simply pushes a button to set the vacuum drum, cutting drum, and glue application systems for positive container and label control. Optional color-coded Rapid Change Over (RCO®) change parts further reduce changeover time, and changeovers can be performed by one person in about 15 to 20 minutes. The patented Computerized Registration System (CRS®) virtually eliminates out-of-register labels common to mechanical systems.
